The staff here were amazing, as usual! My daughter was freaking out about getting her ears pierced, but Roger didn't push her to do anything she didn't want to do. He helped her with some breathing exercises, and made her feel comfortable. My husband's work on his arm came out better than he imagined. Roger did more research than we did and exceeded our expectations, yet again! The customer service has always been welcoming and comfortable! Thank you so much! I would recommend this place over and over!!
